Change Your Password!
IDENTITY THEFT IS THE FASTEST-GROWING CRIME IN THE COUNTRY.
To protect the integrity of your employees\' personal information, it\'s absolutely crucial that you change the password on your ERS account regularly. There are two ways to do it:
1. Ask us to do it.
Email contact@ers-services.com from your company email account and request a password change.
2. Do it yourself.
Click the \"Edit Account Info\" button above. Enter a new password in the \"Full User Password\" field. If you use post-only and/or receive-only passwords, change those, too. Finally, click the \"Update Account\" button to solidify your changes.
Remember that your ERS account can be accessed from any computer with internet access, anywhere. Keeping your password secure is of the utmost importance!
Make it a policy to change your password at least every 3 months, AND every time an employee who knows the password leaves your company.
Take a moment to change your password now. Next, take one more moment to mark dates on your calendar when your password should be changed again. Taking these simple steps will go a long way to protect your employees\' personal information and prevent identity theft. |
